Here we focus on your mechanics, give you exercises to do at home and make sure we get rid of habits that can contribute to any underlying issues.

Our goal is to improve the quality of your movements, avoiding bad postures in the future and give you all the tools to avoid, prevent and alleviate pain and/or discomfort.

2. Therapeutic massage

A hands-on specific massage focused on your symptoms. The idea is to make sure not to go through a routine but work on what is found when massaging. From muscle knots to fascial adhesions, your tissues will be assessed and worked on accordingly.

3. Therapeutic massage PLUS

The same as a therapeutic massage but with extra time to really work the whole body.

4. Physio check up

This is for clients that:

- Have a straight forward issue that just needs regular treatment.

- Need a few basic home exercises explained and demonstrated.

- Have a single problem that just needs some work.

5. Taping

Taping is commonly used as a temporary technique. Athletes often make use of taping as a protective mechanism in the presence of an existing injury. Taping restricts movement of injured joints, provides soft tissue compression to reduce swelling, supports anatomical structures, and protects from re-injury.
